Weekly Themes
Themes help children link classroom activities to the real world and connect new knowledge to prior knowledge, boosting engagement, enhancing retention, and encouraging curiosity.
Each week, in addition to our letter, number, shape, and color of the week, we have a different theme. Themes provide opportunities for our teachers to help the children explore and learn more about the world around them. We incorporate themes through:
Lessons, Crafts, Songs, Themed Books, Play Centers, Dress Up Days

Chapel
Every Tuesday morning, children in Orange Room, Pre-K3, and Pre-K4 attend chapel in the sanctuary with Father Michael. Lasting about 15-20 minutes, chapel consists of a few songs, a short lesson about Jesus, and a prayer. Each October, for the Feast of St. Francis of Assisi, all Little Lambs children attend chapel for our annual Blessing of the Stuffed Animals.
